Our charmant breakfast room is on the fourth floor from where You have the possibility to see the magnificent bay and, wherever the weather is clearly, also the well known Vulcano Etna.
Swimming Pool
The Hotel has a sea water swimming pool available only for hotel guests with a large solarium, with a whirlpool bath, with platform to the sea, with a nice bar to offer the possibility to eat a little snack or drink a cocktail before lunch.
Welcome to the Splendid Hotel La Torre
The Splendid Hotel La Torre is to be found in Mondello, a part of Palermo still wrapped in the myths of the “belle-epoque” and which is located between an unexpected traditional fishing village and one of the most beautiful and fascinating beaches of the Mediterranean. However, Mondello is just a few minutes bus ride away from the city centre on the other side of the wide avenues of Favorita park.
On the opposite side, a short stretch of motorway connects Mondello to the city airport of Falcone – Borsellino. It is therefore and ideal place for those who want to enjoy a completely relaxing holiday whilst still being conveniently close to the centre of Palermo and its extraordinary monuments. The “ La Torre” complex is situated after the large semi-circular beach, just a few metres on the other side of the fishing village on a little promontory of which the hotel occupies the smaller part, overlooking the bay with its park stretching out in the opposite direction as far as the “Capo Gallo” coastal reserve.
The hotel has a private garage watch over video 24 hours a day.
Bathing Area: From June to September, this particularly noted Sicilian bathing area is open to the public. Here it is possible to do all aquatic sports (sailing, windsurfing, water-biking, motor-boating, diving, etc.) Hotel guests have exclusive use of the large, well-equipped sun terrace located immediately behind the cliffs. From their rooms they can directly access the beautiful sea-water swimming pool, they can use the whirlpool bath and the purpose-built platform down on the rocks which is ideal for taking dips into the sea.
The Residence
The tourist complex of the Splendid Hotel La Torre is complete with a modern residence called Villa Rosada, with six small apartments found in plants reproduced and rented monthly.
